Post-Employment Random Drug and Alcohol Testing:
Based on the policies of the client, BCGSmartCheck sets up and administers a programmed plan for random drug and/or alcohol testing of employees. Once in place, employees are randomly selected for testing and are notified in writing. Client policies dictate frequency and re-testing parameters as well as whether the tests will be 5, 6 or 10-Panel tests conducted using hair (most common), urine or saliva testing. Using this protocol, the client is insulated from any complaints about selection frequency or randomness.
